Steps
PLANNING
Tech packs, Referenece products, design or Blueprint

The process starts with the study of the design, tech packs or any sample product provided by you. Together we discuss your product to make sure we get it right already with the first order. This should include all the details regarding the fabric and construction to all over packaging and delivery.
SAMPLING
Pattern making and Sample development

After finalising the tech packs we start with pattern cutting and development of the sample as per design and specification provided and coordinate with you regularly to meet your requirements. Once it is developed we send it to you for approval and quality check.
APPROVALS
Sample approvals and other approvals

If the sample is approved we start with the grading process and get all color and other necessary approvals. We provide Lab dips for color approvals if asked by the buyer. Usually our first samples gets approved but If not we redo the sampling process as per the amendments made.
SOURCING
Material sourcing and documentation

After approval of pre production sample we send you the proforma invoice stating all the details and start sourcing all the material and fabric development and trims.
DEVELOPMENT
Bulk production and Inspection

The final step in our custom manufacturing process is bulk production. Inspection is done by our in-house experienced workers throughout the process of manufacturing. We follow up production and update you at all stages of production. If we there is any issue during the productions process, we coordinate with you accordingly and figure out the way out.
CONSIGN
Clearance, Dispatch, Forwarding and Reorder

Once the production is complete and quality checked for the last time it is ready to be shipped, we inform you for the same and ask you to clear your dues and once it is cleared, with the help of dedicated custom clearance, cargo, and fright forwarding team, we deliver the order to you as per agreed shipping terms.
