PROJECT OUTLOOK AND COSTING
We start with studying the designs, tech packs or samples shared by you and with our vast experience and designing team we coordinate with and advice our buyers in the process of garmenting which enables us to produce extraordinary and easy to manufacture apparels using best quality fabrics with competitive pricing.
PATTERN DEVELOPMENT
With more than 30 years of experience and highly skilled workforce we develop patterns as per the tech packs or samples provided with 98% accuracy in the first sample development which is seen in our samples itself.
SAMPLING
We array samples and enlargement of different types like agents, befitting, green seal and pre production. We organise approval for swatch and patterns, grading to all required measurements and fabrication rendering from our end.
FABRIC AND RAW MATREIAL SOURCING
. We handle sourcing different types of fabrics, trims, accessories, custom labels and swing tags. We guard the quality of all fabrics and yarn inputs and harmonies the timing of their acquirement, buy in.
BULK PRODUCTION
Once the pre production sample is approved, bulk manufacturing takes place. We monitor the production follow up manually and technically, from the yarn-knitting or interweaving fabric developments to meet the desire completion of the products and keep our buyers orderly updated with the production status. The seaming of garments are handled by manufacturing units and the mending of the products is under the house production.
QUALITY CHECK
Inspection and quality checks are done at all levels of manufacturing by our in-house heads and keep our buyers regularly updated at every stage of production. At Ketan Fashion, buyer's are served superlative essence of our assistance, based on their concerned requirements. Once the bulk production is completed and has been quality checked for the last time, we dispatched the goods for approval and delivery via trusted and network of logistics partners.
